Up, Up and Away second storey addition in Remuera

We were blown away by the views and space that the addition has given us, we couldn’t be happier!

Lyndon and  Gabrielle bought a 2-bedroom cutie below street level knowing that with a growing family the house would quickly become too small.  They had grand plans of doubling the entire footprint by adding a whole extra storey to their home.  Giving them much needed extra living, sleeping and bathing quarters.  It’s quite remarkable and looks like it should always have been there! In doing so they gained stunning water views over Orakei basin that they just adore.  The results were quite simply magazine worthy!  Take a look for yourself.
