We updated the existing home by adding a two level extension to give the desired additional space. 

Upstairs in the new addition you'll find a fantastic open plan lounge, diner & kitchen, with butlers pantry, all opening out onto a lovely deck. Also an extra bedroom, bathroom and laundry were achieved.
