Kim needed to grow her character-filled bungalow in Mt Eden.
The home was damp, dark and ill-equipped for today’s needs. With a growing family, we were more than happy to re-invent the home for them.
After demolition was complete, only one original structural wall remained.
Blending the new into the original parts of the home we enhanced many of the character features.
A second storey addition with dormer windows to the top floor gives the family a stunning light-filled master bedroom and en-suite. As well as a large children’s bedroom and much needed storage.
The layout downstairs was totally reconfigured, allowing light to flood in.
A direct connection to the newly created deck and patio outside completed the indoor-outdoor flow.
Kim is wrapped with her stunning home with its yesteryear charm and modern convenience and useability.
