This Grand Villa Gets Restored.

The main thing was having trustworthy people, I totally trusted them and they were great people - Emma 

This Grand Old Dame is now fully restored and gleaming.

Bruce & Emma fell in love with all of the character features in this historical home but wanted to sympathetically bring it up to date. As we had successfully renovated another of their character homes we were the natural choice for the couple when they purchased this beautiful house.

The home always had incredible bones and historical detailing and brightening up the previous owner's choices of dark period dressings & layouts completely updated the spaces.  By repurposing and changing some of the ground floor layouts the home now flows much better from the formal lounge to dining to a chill-out/television room. 

The whole house has a timeless elegance and is simply stunning...

Now completely remodelled and lovingly restored.  There was a huge volume of work required on this home including kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, all bedrooms, living, and dining.
